"Caution When Purchasing from This Supplier"
My dealings with this company have been nothing short of terrible. I placed an order and paid for a saw table stand nearly two weeks back. I did get an order confirmation. Fast forward two weeks, and still no delivery. I've reached out to them three times, but none of my emails have been answered. I've given them a day to get back to me; if they don’t, I’ll be canceling my order and filing a formal complaint. To me, it feels like they’ve taken my money under false pretenses. I highly recommend looking for another supplier.

"Power-rake by Bosch from PT."
I got myself a Bosch Power-rake from PT. The price was great and the delivery was free, which is a nice bonus. I've already put the product to work and I'm really impressed with how well it performs. I highly suggest checking out Powertools2U.

The staff were friendly and super helpful when I asked questions, plus the service was quick and effective. I called to ask about the packaging before I opened it, and they provided a straightforward answer, assuring me that if anything went wrong, they’d swap it out. Thankfully, there were no issues. The knowledgeable team and a price that can't be beat - way better than what you'd find on Amazon!

"Order placed at the end of the week."
I found the item I was looking for on the website, but I had trouble moving it to my Basket. I called customer service and explained what was going on. The representative assured me he would investigate the issue and get back to me. He did so about three hours later, citing a glitch in the upgraded system. This all happened on a Friday afternoon around 4:50 p.m. The Rep. said everything should be fine now. I went ahead and placed my order, and it arrived on Tuesday morning at 10:10 a.m. Absolutely fantastic! I can't complain about the service or the efficiency of the Rep. in resolving everything.
